Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a:

  • Damaged item
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item

Contact us within 72 hours so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened or used products

If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before requesting an exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your replacement item will be processed within 5–7 business days.
